Select your desired product, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the secure ordering process. You will immediately receive an order confirmation via email.

Yes. Shipping is always free within Germany and the EU , regardless of which warehouse your product is shipped from.
4. How long does shipping take?
The delivery time depends on the respective warehouse location:

EU-wide: 6 to 11 working days
Products from our home base in Querfurt usually reach you particularly quickly.
5. How is it packaged?
Our own-brand products – i.e. items that we design, finish or ship ourselves – are generally packaged plastic-free , for example in kraft paper or cardboard.
Other products shipped via our European partner warehouses may still contain plastic components in the packaging for logistical reasons.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return – provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

The return costs are borne by the buyer
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made within 10 working days.
